At CDI, we are dedicated to transforming organisations into thriving, purposeful workplaces using our integrated daily management system, Mission-Directed Work Teams (MDW). Thus, our primary service revolves around implementing a daily management system that becomes ingrained in your organisation’s DNA, fostering alignment and personal ownership at every level.

CDI has been privileged to assist our clients in becoming great places to work since 1997.  Thanks to them, we have grown from a small consultancy based in Johannesburg, South Africa, to a consultancy represented on all continents.  By building personal relationships with our clients and putting their needs first, second and third, we have reached great heights.
